Yasemin B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Yasemin started their career at IBM, where they held positions such as Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert. Yasemin was responsible for analyzing performance metrics, conducting interviews, and working with HR to address team issues. After leaving IBM, Yasemin joined Eaton as a Business Transformation Analyst, where they worked on IT transformation projects and facilitated workshops to identify business needs. Yasemin then joined Glasgow Caledonian University as an IT Business Analyst before moving on to Craneware, where they served as a Software Product Owner, leading scrum delivery teams and managing product backlogs. Yasemin then briefly worked at Twig Education as a Software Product Owner before joining their current role as a Programme Delivery Manager at ClassForKids. Throughout their career, Yasemin has demonstrated strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
