Pete Smith has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Site Manager at Classic Builders since March 2020, overseeing a project of 58 terrace units for Arc Homes. Previous roles include Site Manager at Linden Homes, Countryandcoasthomes, Kier Group, and Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, with additional experience as a Contracts Manager and Senior Site Manager. Pete's education includes an NVQ level 6 in Site Management from NHBC and a Higher National Certificate in Building Studies from the University of Wolverhampton. With a career that began in 2007, Pete has demonstrated expertise in managing various construction projects, including residential, social housing, and retirement apartments.
