Justin Goss

Justin Goss is a mission-driven, principled leader with 20 years of experience as a Naval Officer, having led high-performance teams in demanding environments worldwide. Their roles have included serving as Chief, Office of Security Cooperation at the U.S. Embassy Dakar, Chief Engineer aboard the USS Stout, and Deputy Director at the Navy Office of Legislative Affairs, where they acted as a primary liaison to Congress. Currently, Justin tutors and develops curriculum for high school students as the Director of the Challenge Program at Classical Conversations. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Arts in Security Studies, alongside a Certificate in French Language from various institutions.
