The Company operates through four segments: Property development and construction activities; Manufacturing and sales of undergarments under Original Equipment Manufacturer arrangements mainly to Europe, Canada and the United States, and under own brand to cater for direct selling business; Direct selling and retail involving multi-level marketing of undergarments, garments, leather goods, sportswear and household products, and retailing of undergarments and garments, and Investment holding activities undertaken by the Company. Its subsidiaries include Classita (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of undergarments; Marywah Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture and sale of undergarments and trading of related raw materials, and Omni Green Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the operation of a golf course and other related services and the provision of landscaping and related contract work.
