Jeff Ertzberger, Ed. D. is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a strong background in instructional design and educational technology. Currently serving as an instructional designer at ClassLink since May 2025, Ertzberger also holds a position as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, teaching Master's and Doctoral level courses in the Learning, Design, and Technology program. Previously, Ertzberger worked at the University of North Carolina Wilmington as an instructional designer and director of the Educational Technology Unit, focusing on the development of learning products and training resources. In addition to these roles, Ertzberger has served as an emerging technology liaison, teaching courses and providing technology integration training to educators. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Technology and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
