Clare Wright

Clare Wright has over 25 years of work experience. In 1994, they began their career as a Strategy Consultant/Senior Associate at Bridgewater. In 1999, Bridgewater was acquired by Extraprise, and Clare became a Manager on the Business Management Team. Clare then moved to Ogilvy & Mather in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Planner for the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health account. In 2008, Clare moved to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where they served as an expat for four years. During this time, they were a board member of the Community Development Committee of the International Club of Rio de Janeiro and was responsible for the CDC's relationship with Luta Pela Paz, an NGO operating in a violent and impoverished favela of Rio de Janeiro. In 2013, Clare became the Community Development Manager for Flocktree, a global online community of expat families living abroad. Since 2015, they have been the Founder and Director for Customer & Community at Classlist.com & Intrepid Ant Ltd, a virtual schoolgate communication platform.

Clare Wright began their educational journey in 1990 when they attended Durham University and earned their BA Joint Honours in Geography and Anthropology in 1993. Clare then returned to Durham University and completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in 1994.
