Anthony Drake

Anthony "Tony" Drake is an experienced manager with a strong background in customer support and member care. Currently serving as the Manager of Member Care at Classmates since September 2023, Tony previously held various roles at Big Fish Games, including Head of Customer Experience and Manager of Customer Support. In these positions, Tony successfully managed internal and outsourced customer support teams and led a department of 70 employees, focusing on quality, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration. Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting and Business/Management from Edmonds College.
