Alex Allen is an experienced technology professional serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Classmunity since August 2015, where the focus is on developing a district-dedicated fundraising platform for K-12 schools. In addition, Alex has been a Lead Software Engineer at Citrin & Platt Technologies since October 2012, specializing in wellness-focused technologies and the creation of mobile applications. Alex also holds the position of Assistant Funeral Director and Software Engineer at Pomierski & Son Funeral Home, where responsibilities include IT support and the development of funeral management software. Alex earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2009 and 2013.
