Jessie Miley

Jessie Miley is a Strategic Account Onboarding Specialist at ClassPass, where they currently guide the onboarding process for strategic accounts. Previously, at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, they served as a COVID-19 Screener and a Week of Welcome Leader, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills. With experience as VP of New Member Education & Member Experience at Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Jessie successfully implemented educational programs and organized events that enhanced member engagement. Jessie also held roles as a Front Desk Agent at The Ranch at Laguna Beach and a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they focused on customer service and sales. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Jessie is expected to graduate in 2024.
