Nicole Stave has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nicole began their career with Nespresso in 2013, where they held various sales roles. In 2015, they joined Houzz as an Account Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in onboarding over 800 home improvement professionals to the platform. Nicole then progressed to become an Account Manager, where they negotiated pricing and partnership terms with brands and visited international trade shows. In 2017, Nicole was promoted to Senior Account Manager, responsible for identifying key sellers and brands and cultivating strong relationships to maximize sales. Nicole also took on the role of Marketplace Lead in 2018, managing a team of 5 people and analyzing pricing, margin, and sales results. In 2019, they joined ClassPass as a Partner Development Manager and later became the Corporate Sales Manager. In 2022, Nicole was promoted to Sales Manager at ClassPass.

Nicole Stave completed their education from 2005 to 2016. Nicole obtained a Diploma from Centraly Lyon High School in Rock Rapids, IA. Later, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Media and Entertainment Management from Stenden. In 2012-2013, they also took courses in International Marketing and Management Practice at the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
