Nina Bayatti

Director, Conversion Rate Optimization at Classpass

Nina Bayatti is the current Director of Conversion Rate Optimization at Classpass. Nina has over five years of experience in the field and is responsible for the A/B testing strategies of Growth-Driven Design and Conversion Optimization clients. Nina has worked with Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Optimizely.

Prior to joining Classpass, Nina was the Conversion Optimization Team Leader at THOMASNET from December 2014 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the ideation, setup, launch, and reporting of A/B tests for all Conversion Optimization clients. Nina also provided team-wide reports of website conversion trends and managed external relationship programs with Conversion Rate Optimization industry leaders.

Before THOMASNET, Nina was the Social Media Planner and Founder at Media Bundles from July 2013 to December 2014. In this role, they developed marketing materials (eBooks, online quizzes, blog posts, case studies, and video production) for the Conversion Optimization service.

Nina Bayatti attended New York University for their Bachelor of Arts, where they studied Journalism & Economics. Nina then attended General Assembly for Front-End Web Development, learning about Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Afterwards, they attended New York University Abu Dhabi for their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Economics. Nina also has a certification from HubSpot in Growth-Driven Design Certification and Inbound Certification. Finally, they have a certification from Optimizely in Optimizely X Web Foundations.

They work with Jacob Meacham - VP, Engineering, Mandy Menaker - Global Head of PR, and Chloe Ross - VP, International. Nina Bayatti reports to Fritz Lanman, CEO.
