Avinash Pandit is currently the Director at Polaris School of Technology, focused on reimagining engineering education to cultivate top global talent. With a rich background in international business expansion, Avinash has previously held senior roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Oyo, and Hero MotoCorp, where they led diverse strategies in sales, marketing, and revenue management across multiple countries. In addition to hands-on operational roles, Avinash has been instrumental in building and scaling businesses throughout India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the USA, and Latin America. Avinash's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with a Master of Business Administration in Economics from Université catholique de Louvain.
