Cindy Zhu

Cindy Zhu is currently the Director of HR & Operations at ClassUp, a leading technology company in online education. Prior to their role at ClassUp, Cindy served as a Senior HR Manager at JD.com, where Cindy focused on compensation, benefits, performance, and HR operations. Cindy also has experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at UTStarcom, where Cindy managed internal coordination and external communication. With a background in journalism from their time as a Newspaper Journalist at Youth Times, Cindy brings a diverse skill set to their current HR and operations role. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Zhejiang Normal University and completed an Executive Program in Management Information System at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
