Heidi Eggert

Heidi Eggert is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer strategy, innovation, and operations, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at ClassVI.ai since August 2025. Prior to this role, Heidi spent over 13 years at Nike, holding various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence & Data, where a venture capitalist mindset was applied to identify high-impact AI opportunities. Responsibilities also included managing teams in technology operations and leading cross-functional innovation efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing at Bonneville Environmental Foundation and leading strategic initiatives at Fallon and E. & J. Gallo Winery. Heidi holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Political Science from Grinnell College.
