Sandra Olvera

Sandra Olvera is a senior recruiter at Flat.mx. Sandra has previous experience working in HR for Grupo Salinas, Banco Santander Mexico, and ManpowerGroup Mexico y Centroamérica. In their current role, Sandra is responsible for recruiting financial profiles through headhunting, online postings, social media, and competency-based interviews. Sandra also oversees the candidate selection process from start to finish, including the preparation of interview reports, mapping and tracking of candidates, and follow-up with clients.
