Welcome to Clay IT Managed services and solutions. Established in 2017, Clay was created to provide fully managed IT services and solutions to the SMB community. We provide high-end technical expertise and premium service levels at competitive fixed costs, creating technical platforms for your business to succeed.

Our technical solutions are resilient, comprehensive and effective, and our service is professional, honest and timely.

We structure our pricing and services to remove the possibility of any fluctuating monthly managed services costs. Costs will only increase as, and when, your business grows and expansion in your technical environment is necessary. This will be carefully considered and planned to ensure you are aware of and agree to any additional spend.

Our guarantees remove any doubt that we stand by our Service commitments to you and achieve the resilience we say we will:

- 90 day refund of all setup and support charges during the onboarding period
- 90 day walk away option during the onboarding period
- 99.9% availability guaranteed per month. If this is not achieved, there will be a 25% reduction in Managed services fees for your next month.
- Response times less than 1 hour per month. If there are more than 3 responses later than 1 hour per month, you will receive a 25% reduction off your next managed services bill.
- No long-term contracts or technical hooks that will prevent you from moving to an alternative provider.

We are confident we will create the partnership required to allow you to focus whole-heartedly on your business while we provide the technology and the service to enable your business to thrive.
