Cara Silverstein

Cara (Haas) Silverstein is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Clay since November 2024, Cara previously held the same position at Materialize from August 2022 to November 2024. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Attentive from June 2018 to August 2020 and Software Engineer at Google from August 2016 to June 2018, where contributions were made to the DoubleClick Publisher Platform team focused on native ad formats. Cara also interned at DoubleClick Bid Manager during the summer of 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Computer Science from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, completed in 2022.
