Caren D. is an experienced operations and business operations professional with a strong background in analytics. Currently serving in operations at Clay since September 2024 and as the Head of BizOps at Avenue since January 2023, following Avenue's acquisition by Clay, Caren previously held the position of Bizops & Analytics Lead at Found from April 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, significant roles at Opendoor from June 2018 to April 2022 included Head of Business Operations & Analytics for Institutional Partners, Operations Excellence Analytics, City Operations & Analytics, and Strategy and Analytics. Earlier experience includes a position in Strategy and Analytics at Digitas North America from February 2016 to May 2018. Caren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, graduating Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in 2015.
