Jen Ayala is an accomplished professional in the field of recruiting and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Recruiting at Clay since December 2025. Prior to this role, Jen held the position of Head of People + Talent at Distributional from August 2024 to November 2025 and at Bubble from March 2022 to August 2024.
