Karan Parekh

Karan Parekh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Clay since February 2025. Prior to this role, Karan worked as an Analyst at Darsana Capital Partners from September 2019 to February 2025 and as a Private Equity Associate at The Blackstone Group from June 2015 to June 2019, where Karan also completed a Summer Analyst position. Karan gained additional analytical experience at Clearfield Capital Management as an Analyst from January 2016 to April 2016. Karan holds a degree from The Wharton School, where studies were completed between January 2012 and January 2015.
