Britt Smith

Britt Smith is a Senior Project Engineer at Clayco, where responsibilities include reviewing and submitting RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals while being an integral part of the management team on construction sites nationwide. With a background that includes roles as Project Engineer and previously as Project Engineering Intern, Britt's experience encompasses estimating, feasibility analysis, and subcontractor communication. Prior to this, Britt served as a Tour Team Guide and Summer Welcome Leader at the University of Missouri-Columbia, engaging with prospective students and managing orientation sessions. Britt began a career path in engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by internships that included social media management and design work at Design Mill Inc. Additionally, Britt has contributed to the arts through leadership roles with the Educational Theatre Association.
