Dan Kenkel

Dan Kenkel is a Senior Project Development Manager at Clayco, where they are responsible for guiding clients through the project development process from conceptual ideas to execution. Previously, Dan served as the Senior Director of Global Engineering at AFB International from 2014 to 2022, leading capital projects with a significant annual budget and achieving major construction milestones, including the design of a $104M greenfield manufacturing plant. Dan has also held engineering management roles at Omega Protein, Inc., coordinating facility enhancements across multiple plants. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University and an Executive MBA at Washington University in St. Louis.
