David Burris possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and network engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Since May 2014, David has held multiple leadership roles at Clayco, including SOC Manager and Threat and Incident Response Lead, showcasing expertise in cybersecurity operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Data Communications Engineer at Bryan Cave LLP and working in Enterprise Network Operations at AT&T. David began a military career in the United States Air Force as an enlisted member from October 1992 to October 2000. David's education includes specialized training in cybersecurity from SANS and Cisco certifications, enhancing a solid foundation in active defense and incident response techniques.
