Hal Weise

Hal Weise is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Director at Clayco since May 2025, Hal has previously held roles such as Project Developer at Stellar and Vice President/Division Manager at COMMERCE CONSTRUCTION CO., L.P. Hal's career spans over two decades, beginning as a Project Manager at United Insulated Structures Corp and including notable stints as Senior Project Manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Beachbody, where Hal also operated as a Diamond Coach. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
