Heather Smack is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Administrator at Clayco since May 2021, Heather has previously held positions such as Construction Administrator at Clayco, Project Coordinator at Helmkamp Construction, and an internship at Rhodey Construction Inc. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Contractor for E&R Development, focusing on home remodeling, and completing internships at Williams Construction and Six Flags in both HR and retail management. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Building Construction Technology from Iowa Western Community College.
