Michael Matthews

Michael Matthews serves as the Director of Flight Operations at Clayco, managing a Corporate Flight Department with two aircraft, five pilots, and two maintenance personnel since October 2021. With extensive experience in aviation, Michael has held positions as a Captain for various aircraft, including the Challenger 350 and Learjet 75 in both Part 91 and Part 135 operations at companies such as SpiritJets and Fly Exclusive. Additionally, Michael is the owner of MDM Aviation LLC, specializing in Turn-Key Aircraft Management. Previous roles include Aviation Department Manager at PMA Holdings, Contract Pilot at Aero Charter, and experience in IT coordination and technology consulting, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Lindenwood University.
