Robert Vance is currently a General Superintendent at Clayco. With an extensive background in construction management, they previously served as a Superintendent at Skanska USA Building Inc. for over a decade, working on diverse projects in sectors such as aviation, healthcare, and data centers. Prior to that, Robert gained experience in project management and engineering roles at PCG and AM Technical Solutions, as well as serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Fulton Homes. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Illinois State University and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
