Clayton is a venture capital and venture builder firm based in Andorra, focused on building and scaling sports and lifestyle businesses globally.

We invest through traditional capital rounds and performance-based equity structures, and we work hands-on with founders to support strategy, operations, and growth. Our approach combines capital with execution, acting as long-term partners rather than passive investors.

Clayton’s portfolio includes over 20 companies across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment, with participations in FC Andorra, The Agency, Ondalinda, and WOWfc, among others.

Our focus is on helping strong products become scalable, durable businesses with global reach.

Ps. The new group website is currently under development, below you can access The Agency's website, one of our participated companies.
