Andy Eckerman

Andy Eckerman serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at Clayton, overseeing mortgage and retail technology solutions since November 2016. Eckerman's leadership encompasses the Vanderbilt Mortgage Technology and Clayton Homes Retail Technology divisions, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and enhancing digital solutions across a national retail network. Prior experience includes roles at Capital One, where Eckerman led significant transformations in data analytics and financial services technology, building data governance frameworks and overseeing substantial budgets. Additional expertise stems from earlier positions at Allstate, Avanade, and Accenture, contributing to data engineering and software development initiatives. Eckerman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
