Mieke Koks

Mieke Koks holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Consultancy. As a Junior HR adviseur at CLB Groep since January 2023, Mieke conducted research on strategic personnel planning, resulting in a detailed process and recommendations for HR tool implementation. Previous roles include bartender at BOBBI’S BAR B.V., Chief Coordinator at TOOL - Training en Coaching, and various positions at S.V. Merlijn, where Mieke was responsible for fostering relationships with educators and alumni, as well as organizing events. Mieke's internship at CZ in the HR department focused on learning and development initiatives, and experience also includes office support at De Groot Personeel in Techniek.
