With a personal “hands on” approach to each and every project, CLD ensures that the client’s needs are satisfied above all else. We understand that planning & designing a new home can be overwhelming, that is why we believe that a personal, tailor made solution is required for every project.

CLD architects believe that by getting the right people together for our projects we ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget. We don’t keep a full-time staff. Instead, we use what we lovingly call the “The CLD Model,” where we get some of the best folks in the industry to come together and collaborate, depending on your project’s needs. Some need a handful of specialists, like a structural engineer who has years of experience or a builder who has extensive knowledge in historical restoration. Other projects call for an army of variously tenured folks, from junior-level production people to seasoned veterans who call the shots.
