Sam Bowers serves as the Manager of the Carbon Capture Program at Clean Air Task Force since February 2022, focusing on the development and advocacy of policies to enhance the competitiveness of carbon capture technologies in global power generation and industrial sectors. Previously, Sam held various positions including General Manager at Clinova Limited, Climate Policy Compliance Analyst at G7 Research Group, and Fellow at Balloon Ventures, among other roles. Sam's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Harvard University, and College of Europe, along with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an Executive Development Course from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
