Cartwright Stephens

Cartwright Stephens is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Global Director of Training and Development at Clean Harbors since 2018. Prior to this role, Cartwright held several positions at Charter Communications from 2013 to 2018, including Sr. Director of Sales, Sales Manager, and Manager of Sales Training and Leadership Development. Cartwright's earlier career included work at WM from 2009 to 2013 as Manager of Organizational Change, Human Resources Business Partner, and Training Manager for Revenue Generation and Organizational Change. Cartwright earned a Master’s degree in Communication, Persuasion, Social Influence, Adult Learning, Curriculum Design, and Assessment, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a focus on small group and team development, both from the University of Kentucky.
