Greg Lyon

Greg Lyon is a Senior Account Manager at Clean Harbors, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this, from July 2010 to May 2017, Greg served as a Lead Operator at Newalta, where responsibilities included the construction, commissioning, and operation of the Syncrude and Shell Jackpine MFT plants. Key achievements in that role involved monitoring equipment production, maintaining accurate records, conducting inspections, performing maintenance and troubleshooting, providing guidance to field operators, and leading safety meetings. Greg also played a vital role in energy isolation procedures and was an active member of the Regional Safety Committee. Educated at Red Deer Polytechnic between 2013 and 2014, Greg's technical expertise includes working with various pump models and managing customer relations effectively.
