Mike Bertram

Mike Bertram has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Mike started their career at Schlumberger Ltd. as a Tax Manager, where they managed tax, accounting, and risk management activities for multiple business units. After that, they joined Mississippi Chemical Corporation as the Vice President of Finance, overseeing financial operations for a publicly-held manufacturer. Mike then served on the Board of Directors at Point Lisas Nitrogen Limited before joining Southland Log Homes as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. At Southland Log Homes, they played a crucial role in driving company growth and leading financial operations. Mike later joined Thompson Industrial Services, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer and contributed to the company's organic and inorganic growth, leading to its sale to Clean Harbors. At Clean Harbors, they assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Controller. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong financial acumen and strategic leadership skills.

Mike Bertram received their MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 1988. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Financial Management from Clemson University in 1983. In 1989, they became a Certified Public Accountant.
