Sohel Mohammed has extensive experience in production and quality management, with roles in various organizations such as Delta Group Pty Ltd, Ivaco Rolling Mills, and PepsiCo, where responsibilities included supervising production teams, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring quality standards. Sohel held positions from Quality Supervisor to Production Supervisor, emphasizing efficiency, productivity, and operational troubleshooting. In addition, Sohel served as Assistant Manager at ITD Cementation India Ltd, where the focus was on lean tools, kaizen activities, and continuous improvement strategies. Currently, Sohel is Operations Manager at Clean Harbors, building on a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and additional qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Health and Safety Management.
