Beth Lipton

Beth Lipton is a food editor, writer, natural-foods chef, recipe developer, and health coach. She is the former food director for Health magazine and the author of two cookbooks, Peaches (published by Short Stack Editions) and You Made That Dessert? (published by Globe Pequot). She’s a graduate of the chef training program at Natural Gourmet Institute and the health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and she holds a BA in print journalism from the University of Southern California. Her writing and recipes have appeared in Travel + Leisure, People and Time.

Beth is also the resident chef at Middleberg Nutrition, a NYC wellness practice, where she teaches one-on-one and group cooking classes. Her specialty is making fresh, healthy, energizing food taste delicious without hours in the kitchen.
