Previously, Stephen served as Vice President, Treasurer, and Global Financial Services at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, managing treasury operations and risk management, and leading a global team. Stephen also held key positions at John Deere, including Director of Wholesale Credit at John Deere Bank S.A., where they were responsible for a substantial loan portfolio and the development of effective credit policies. They began their career at John Deere as an Account Credit Manager and have a degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Cooperative State University Mannheim.
