Joni Emery is an experienced leader in the criminal justice voluntary sector, focusing on topics related to maternal imprisonment. With a robust background in law as a practising lawyer for 14 years, Joni currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Clinks, overseeing strategic operational matters and managing core grants. Committed to elevating the voices of individuals affected by the criminal justice system, Joni has also worked with various organizations, including User Voice and the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance. Additionally, Joni is a Trustee at Clean Break Theatre Company, contributing to their Finance and HR committee.
