Billy Paretti has a wealth of experience in the marketing and executive roles. Billy began their career in 2000 at Prada as the Director of Advertising and Marketing. Billy then moved on to LVMH Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Inc. in 2004, where they held the role of Vice President, Media Services for the United States, Latin America, and Canada. In 2008, Billy joined Moët Hennessy USA (LVMH) as the Vice President of Marketing. Billy later transitioned to David Yurman in 2012, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer. Billy then returned to Moët Hennessy in 2015 as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and later became the Chief Marketing Officer for Belvedere Vodka. Most recently, in 2022, Billy joined CleanCo as the Global Chief Executive Officer.

Billy Paretti completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John's University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. After that, they pursued further education at The New School for Social Research, where they obtained a Master's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis. This degree was earned between 2006 and 2008.
