Holger Eick

Holger Eick is an investor and entrepreneur who co-founded Cleantech Solar, serving as Chief Risk Officer and Board Member from 2015 to 2023. They currently co-found and serve as a Board Member for CleanEdge Resources Pte Ltd and are the Founder and Managing Director of Varlesco Capital since 2015. Previously, Holger worked as Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, where they led Ratings Advisory and Capital Structuring for the Asia Pacific region from 2006 to 2014, and held the position of Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Holger is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry at the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Manchester Business School.
