Greg Disinger has over 18 years of experience in the engineering and maintenance industry. Greg began their career in 2002 as a Mechanical Engineer at Lufthansa Technik, where they created a mechanic training program and was responsible for time study, tracking, and analysis for all product lines. In 2005, they moved to Spirit AeroSystems as a Manufacturing R&D Engineer, where they developed a drilling solution for the 787 graphite/titanium/aluminum fixed leading edge assembly and designed and implemented a 737 flap drilling system. In 2006, they joined ConocoPhillips as a Maintenance Engineer, where they managed programs and projects for refractory inspection and repair, internal riser alloy piping modifications, API 570 inspection activities, and API 510 reactor and regenerator inspections. Greg also successfully managed a $9.9MM Energy Generation project, delivering on time and 18% under budget. In 2010, they joined Honeywell as a Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Leader, where they oversaw contract maintenance workforce and union membership training following a 12-month union lockout and created and implemented a strategic mechanical integrity program. In 2011, they moved to DuPont as a Mechanical Integrity Reliability Leader. In 2017, they returned to DuPont as an Area Maintenance Manager in Tonawanda, New York, where they oversaw unit maintenance and reliability for Tedlar at the Yerkes site and created and implemented a training program for preventive and predictive maintenance. In 2019, they joined Triad Unlimited as a Principal Consultant in Asset Management Consulting. In 2021, they moved to Arxada as a Senior Manager in Engineering and Maintenance. Greg is currently employed at CleanFiber as a Maintenance and Reliability Manager.

Greg Disinger obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa between 2000 and 2006. In 2007, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from ConocoPhillips. In 2012, they obtained a CMRP certification from SMRP.
