Matt Joing

Matt Joing has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Matt began in 1995 as a Project Engineer with 3M and then moved to Imation in 1996 as a Process Engineer. In 2001, they became a General Supervisor with Imation, and in 2003 they became a Six Sigma Team Leader at Raytheon. In 2004, they joined AAM as a Quality Manager and Materials Manager & Lean Champion. In 2018, Matt became a Board Member with the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, and in 2019 they were appointed President of the MAHONING VALLEY MANUFACTURERS COALITION INC. Most recently, in 2022, they joined CleanFiber as the VP of Sourcing, Logistics, & Strategic Projects.

Matt Joing attended Northwestern University from 1990 to 1995, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Matt then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004, where they received a Master of Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
