Nicholas Yardy

Nicholas Yardy has over 20 years of professional experience. Nicholas began their career as a Chemist at Sappi Fine Paper in 2001. In 2004, they moved to Wacker Chemie as a Technical Manager, where they served as the principal customer technical resource and support advocate for Wacker's paper coating industry focus group. In 2006, they joined Sappi Fine Paper North America as the Director of Release Technology and Director of Marketing. In this role, they formulated product strategies, created and fostered key relationships across the whole synthetic-materials ecosystem, and employed trend-forecasting and trend-spotting methods to identify nascent design and style trends suitable for Sappi's texture portfolio. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at CleanFiber.

Nicholas Yardy completed their B.S. in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University in 1996, and went on to earn their Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ohio University in 2001.
