David Marks

David Marks is an experienced professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the SoCal O&M Manager at Borrego Solar since January 2011, where responsibilities include maintaining quality control during the construction of commercial and government solar PV installations and troubleshooting various system components. Additionally, David has been a Lab Instructor for Photovoltaics Systems at the San Diego Electrical Training Center since October 2013, educating apprentice electricians on all aspects of photovoltaic system installation. Previous experience includes roles as Commercial Superintendent at REC Solar from 2010 to 2011, where supervision of installations was a key responsibility, and as Project Manager - Lead Installer at Sequoia Solar Inc. from 2008 to 2010, managing residential project operations in the San Diego area. David holds education credentials from San Diego City College, attended from 2004 to 2007.
