Andy Beauchamp

Andy Beauchamp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the energy and education sectors. Andy is currently working at CleanSky Energy as the Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer and has been with the company since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at CleanSky Energy starting from February 2023.

Before joining CleanSky Energy, Andy worked at Nordic Energy Services, LLC as a Regulatory Compliance Manager from June 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local policies related to campaign donations and conflicts of interest. Andy also served as a project manager for the development of a custom ASP.NET system to streamline data integration.

In the earlier years of their career, Andy worked at YES Prep Public Schools in various roles. Andy started as a Procurement Manager in August 2005 and led the establishment of a centralized procurement process across the district. Andy also managed the growth of the department and achieved cost savings. Additionally, they served as a Home Office Manager from August 2005 to August 2007, overseeing the day-to-day office functions and coordinating with educational authorities.

Andy's earlier work experience includes a role in sales at BellSouth, where they planned and delivered continuing education programs for new acquisition representatives. Andy also ensured compliance with FCC and PSC regulations and consistently met or exceeded sales objectives.

Andy Beauchamp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Millsaps College, which was completed between 1994 and 1998. In April 2015, they received the Leading Professional in Ethics + Compliance (LPEC) certification from the ECOA Foundation. Furthermore, in March 2016, they obtained the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification through the Compliance Certification Board.
