Paul Cassano

Paul Cassano has over 30 years of experience in the resources industry, having held senior executive and operations management roles at BHP, Thiess, and Downer, where they led high-performance teams to achieve superior business outcomes and foster a positive culture. Cassano served as Project Director at Hawsons Iron Limited in 2022 and as Managing Director at Resilient Resources Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2014, providing strategic and business advice to organizations and their leaders. Currently, they are a Non-Executive Director at CleanSpace Technology and an Operating Partner at Roc Partners, offering general management and CEO mentoring. Cassano holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Queensland.
