Brian Carson

Brian Carson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian currently holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting at CleanSpark since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director & Financial Controller at SAHARA Las Vegas from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2022, Brian worked as a Corporate Controller at Drake Automotive Group.

Before that, they were employed at Caesars Entertainment Corporation for five years (2014-2019) as the Sr. Director of Corporate Accounting & Finance. During their tenure, they established a sourcing analytics department, led the bankruptcy accounting team, and oversaw specialized metric reports.

Brian also worked at Resources Global Professionals as a Consultant from 2012 to 2014, where they coordinated financial statement audits, implemented new processes, and initiated transformation of the international accounting department.

Brian briefly operated as an Independent Accounting and Finance Consultant at Carson CPA in 2012 before joining Station Casinos as the Director of Finance for Santa Fe Station in 2011.

From 2009 to 2011, Brian served as the Director of Finance at Tropicana Entertainment Inc. Brian also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Peter Lik Art Galleries in 2008 and worked as an Operations Controller at Diamond Resorts from 2005 to 2008.

Brian Carson attended Westminster College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2000, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
