Gary A. Vecchiarelli

Gary brings more than two decades of experience in finance and accounting, holding multiple senior positions with publicly traded companies and specializing in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing. Gary spent the first half of his career working for large public accounting firms and most notably helped BDO open its Las Vegas audit practice. During his tenure in public accounting, Gary’s clients ranged in size from $50 million to over $1 billion in various industries. Most recently, Gary was Chief Financial Officer for Imatrex, a high-tech medical imaging solutions company. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Finance for Golden Entertainment and Chief Financial Officer for Galaxy Gaming. Gary holds an active CPA license in the states of California and Nevada.
