Tatum Cave has extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors, currently serving as Assistant Site Manager at CleanSpark since November 2025. Previously, Tatum held various positions at Compass Mining, including Large Scale Project Lead, Field Deployment Technician, Repair Specialist, and Bitcoin Mining Concierge from April 2022 to November 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Blockchain Specialist at Mango Industries, LLC, and as an insurance agent at New York Life Insurance Company. Tatum's early career features roles such as Patient Account Representative at Hattiesburg Clinic, PA, File Clerk at Molpus Woodlands Group, and Office Assistant at the Office of Orientation and Transition Programs. Tatum also served as a Parking Attendant for the City of Hattiesburg and as a Crew Leader at the Union Complex at the University of Southern Mississippi.
